NATASHA NORONHA – CHEIF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Natasha has over 15 years of experience in promotions, business development, and marketing. Natasha worked for the Yuma Catholic Radio Station, Kindness Matters radio on CNBC radio, Facebook live on the Woman’s Worth show, and Instagram on the Inspiring Innovators show. She has also conducted Oola Workshops and assisted on the team for the Yuma Entrepreneur show, which featured her in the Yuma Sun paper. She was a leader for the OSHA Conference in Yuma, Arizona, and has conducted Wine and Wisdom events. In addition, Natasha is a member of Rotary International, Yuma Concierge Group, BNI, NextGen, Chamber of Commerce, Gratitude Referral Network, Toastmasters, and Better Business Bureau. She has hosted events throughout the US and Canada.
Natasha grew her digital media and marketing background through her projects in KSWT for their Weather app development and the creation of their social media platforms. She also gained experience in business analytics, coordination of large-scale events and talent shows, speaking engagements, business development, and strategies for those who would like to start up their businesses or see growth in their companies. While at Northern Arizona University, Natasha worked in media relations with CBS Television as their Non-traditional Revenue Coordinator, Social Media Manager, and Website Developer. She also assisted with Estella’s Tv’s talented show”Tengo Talento Mucho Talento. Natasha is a brand ambassador for Push Models and Encore Nationwide. She continues to help new companies grow through her business consulting services and public relations strategies. Her love for giving back has led her to create empowering business mixers and events that are motivating, memorable and fun! Jose Montoya, also known as DJ KM7 and owner of J Remix Entertainment, attended college with Natasha and has over 15 years of experience in deejaying and management. Before coming on board with One Self, he worked in law enforcement. Jose is happy to be part of a team of entrepreneurs and growing his brand J Remix Entertainment with One Self Consulting. SARA REEDER – Fashion Designer, and Personal Stylist
Sara is our Fashion Consultant. She has over 15 years of experience in fashion design and is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design in Los Angeles, California. Sara can help design your attire for any special occasion or help in professionally styling for any event. Sara ensures the team is well dressed for events and also assists the talent to look their best! She has experience with event decoration as well. Liz St. Pierre is our beauty consultant. She has over 20 years of experience in makeup and hair for both men and women. Liz keeps updated with the styles and trends. Monica Juvera is our Event Manager. She has over 10 years of experience in event coordination and management. She brings a creative energy to our team and a strategy for success to the One Self Consulting team. Natasha and Monica often collaborate for event management and sponsorship clientele.
